Lunch
Gazpacho with melon and basil sorbet
Indian spiced chicken kebabs served with humus, tabouleh, tzatziki, mixed salad and pita pockets
Passion fruit and mango panna cotta
Dinner
Caesar salad in filo cups with white anchovy
Gravadlax salad with cucumber salad, lime and chive mayonnaise dressing
Rack of lamb with rosemary roast new potatoes, sauté yellow squash and mint salsa
Hot chocolate fondant with ice cream
