All breakfasts to include:
Selection of fresh baked pastries or muffins
Fresh fruit platter
Cheese platter
Fresh squeezed juice
Plus 1 hot selection each day
All Lunches and dinners accompanied by fresh baked breads
Mango or berry stuffed French toast
New England clam chowder
Gourmet homemade burgers with selection of toppings to include;
Caramelised onions, mushrooms, blue cheese, Swiss cheese, bacon, fried egg,
camembert, avocado, parma ham and a selection of salads and condiments
Chocolate brownies
Won ton wrapped prawns with sweet chilli dipping sauce
Mixed anti pasta- gourmet cured meats, pate, pickled vegetables and chutney
Roast duck breast on sweet potato rosti served with julienne vegetables, crispy leeks and wild mushroom sauce
Millefeuille of fresh berries and sweet mascarpone
