All breakfasts to include:
Selection of fresh baked pastries or muffins
Fresh fruit platter
Cheese platter
Fresh squeezed juice
Plus 1 hot selection each day
All Lunches and dinners accompanied by fresh baked breads
Ham, cheese, scrambled egg and salsa breakfast burritos
Grilled baby artichoke vinaigrette
Tempura battered snapper fillets with chunky oven fries, homemade tartare sauce and chefs mixed salad
Roasted peaches with mascarpone
Ceviche of queen scallops with lime, chilli and garlic dressing
Coq au vin blanc with mash and mixed baby vegetables
Chocolate croissant bread pudding
