Tuna tartar with Melba toast and micro greens
Turkey escalope with tapenade crust, lemon and chervil potatoes, slow roast tomatoes and green beans
Apple samosa with cardamom custard
Dinner
Selection of homemade sushi
Sang choy bow
Duck and vegetable spring rolls
Sweet and sour prawns
Beef and black bean sauce
Steamed jasmine rice
Sauté bok choy
Passion fruit and white chocolate brulee
